A Difficult Mission

The film depicts the encounter of ex-boxer Samy with nurse Hend as he saves her from an attempted rape but ends up accidentally killing one of the offenders. Events escalate and he gets to uncover a chain of drug dealers and another network that imports deadly pesticides causing cancer.
