After being laid off from the nursing home where she worked, Mila finally received a job offer from Ranty, Bimo's old friend—Mila's boyfriend. Not much different from her previous job, Mila was tasked with taking care of Anggini, Ranty's mother, who suffers from dementia as well as schizophrenia.
